Terms of Service

The terms below summarize the Listing Production Agreement that governs every booking with getchovids ("Company," "we," "us"). The agreement is finalized when a booking is submitted and confirmed. By booking with us, you ("Client") agree to the version of this document in effect at the time of booking. We may revise these terms at any time; the version applied to your project is the version active when your booking is signed.

1. Services

getchovids is a real estate marketing media studio. Services may include, but are not limited to, photography, videography, aerial drone capture, 3D Matterport tours, 2D floor plans, dedicated property websites, social media assets, and print collateral such as flyers, brochures, and postcards. The specific deliverables for your project are listed in your booking confirmation.

2. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours of notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a trip fee to cover allocated time and travel. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor or aerial work is always free of charge.

3. Property Access & Preparation

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is ready and accessible at the scheduled time, including staging, cleaning, lighting, and pet containment. Additional on- site wait time beyond 15 minutes may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Any property damage caused directly by getchovids' equipment will be repaired or reimbursed at fair market value.

4. Licensing & Usage

Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for the marketing of the specific property captured. This license covers the MLS listing, the Client's brokerage and personal marketing, social media, and print collateral tied to that listing. The license terminates when the property closes or is removed from the market.

getchovids retains full copyright and ownership of all captured and produced media. We may use the work in our portfolio, website, social channels, and promotional materials. Resale, sublicensing, or transfer of the media to third parties (including builders, developers, stagers, designers, or future owners) is not permitted without a separate written license from getchovids.

5. Drone Operations

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone aerial capture due to weather, airspace restrictions, or unsafe conditions, with no penalty to either party.

6. Delivery & Revisions

Standard delivery is within 24–72 hours after the shoot, depending on the package. Reasonable color and minor edit revisions are included. Major revisions, reshoots, or additional editing requests outside the original scope may incur additional fees.

7. Liability

getchovids' total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost commissions or business opportunities.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
